Synopsis
In ancient times, it was said that humans and demons lived in harmony, and could even have children together. Those children will bear the mark of their ancestry. Xue Feng's mother was brutally murdered by a demon. What he didn't know was that he was himself an experimental subject of the demonic sect, trying to resurrect demonic beasts. After Xue Feng was saved, he was somehow recruited into Xuanjingsi, established by the Imperial Court to be the ultimate authority of the land.
