Synopsis
Toho University operates the new Bayshore General Hospital in the Tokyo Bay area. Kenta Inumaru, a new intern there, is assigned to the Third Section of the Department of Internal Medicine, which has a bad reputation as a "purgatory"… When Inumaru reports to the department, a woman is there to greet him. She is assistant professor and section chief doctor Ryoko Otou, the woman nicknamed “the witch doctor”!
