Synopsis
There's a perennial aspiring hero, born with the makings of a hero, but never given the opportunity to truly realize his talents, leaving him gripped by feelings of inferiority and defeat. He dismisses other heroes as mere populist kitsch and prides himself on becoming a true hero. Then, after a fraudulent loan from a loan shark, he's forced to enter the hero audition he so loathed—the very height of kitsch. Will he become kitsch or a true hero, the Übermensch?
