Synopsis
Deployed to the Pacific Ocean during World War II, the destroyer Kofu was always on the front lines. Directly below the bridge, there were men who didn't handle weapons nor participate in the fighting. Instead, their job was to cook meals for their fellow sailors, as the "Cooking Officers." This is the story of the men who supported the war effort with their ultimate gourmet adventure!
