Synopsis
Ever feel like the legal system's punishment just isn't enough? Tae-Pil Kim knows that feeling better than anyone. Ever since he was slapped with ten years in prison for retaliating against two burglars who killed his wife and left his son in a coma, he stopped having faith in the kind of justice the judicial system could bring. But one day, he’s given the opportunity to become a Punisher-- a government-authorized vigilante who acts according to the Code of Hammurabi. The bad guys better watch out now, because Tae-Pil is determined to give them a taste of their own medicine…
