Synopsis
It's January 2019, and the calendar is about to change to the Reiwa era. Gump, a cynical manga artist nearing forty, is enjoying his first-ever reprint of a book. However, his life takes a sudden turn. The doctor tells him... "colon cancer"!? While his wife is grieving, Gump initially finds it hard to believe, but as the days go by, he gradually begins to record his rising emotions as "daily journals"—this is the rambling "battle against cancer" of a cynical manga artist nearing forty.
