Konna Joushi to Hatarakitai Wakedeshite!

"Konna Joushi to Hatarakitai Wakedeshite!" is an office comedy about a boss who seems intimidating but is actually very family-oriented. He keeps family photos and letters from his children on his desk, and even during company meetings, he refers to himself as "Dad" - his subordinates adore him for the way his fatherly side shows through even at work.
