Matsuri Dei
出井祭李
Type: Goth Loli
Occupation: First-Year Middle School Student
Debut: Chapter 159
Girlfriend No. 027
Matsuri is an outgoing and caring person. Matsuri holds a strong love for festivals and believes that they should be enjoyed to the fullest. She also tends to be loud-spoken and holds a wide stance regularly.
Matsuri speaks using the Tokyo Shitamachi dialect, which is a low town working class dialect (albeit one old enough that it's used mostly in fiction as a joke).
