Hato Higashikata
東方鳩
Hato is Norisuke Higashikata's eldest daughter. She's a model of some renown, and is quite proud of it. She gets into fights with Joshuu regularly.
Her stand, Walking Heart, allows her to lengthen her heels, turning them into deadly weapons.
