Satsuki Zangyaku

A mysterious young girl armed with a cockroach repellent spray, she is an urban legend among lolicons, considered a death god. She hates lolicons with extreme prejudice, considering them cockroaches, and regurarly hunts them. Even if she entices one with implied promises of sexual favours, one must never take their dick out in fron of her, lest they never wake up. She is known only as an unknown serial street attacker to the media, but in doctors' community it is well known that her victims appear to be in blissful sleep, never waking up.

However, Zangyaku is not doing this just for fun, however much it seems she is enjoying it. She is cursed, forever separated from her family, and to return to normal she is tasked with gathering lolicons' souls. The purpose of this is unknown, but once she has acquired a soul by putting a lolicon to sleep, she transforms the soul into a little girl inside her realm. The realm, a world in between the world of the living and the afterlife, has a whole large city inside, and is full of little girls; indeed a paradise for lolicons.
