Tokuma Dearu
出有特馬
Tokuma is the top employee of the CDV video rental store, along with his best friend Shingo Yamazaki. He is known for his eccentric appearance, always sporting a muffler, a loose necktie and ahoge. Though aloof in nature and not very talkative, he is a good listener and thus many friends and acquaintances come to him for advice, usually asking him over the phone.
