Yevgeny Herzen

Nationality: Russian

Rank: Major

Jürgen, Vikman, Katze and Yauch’s instructor during their time training in Moscow, and the one who introduced them to the F-4R Phantom. He has a sharp nasty tongue, but is very supportive of the East German trainees in Moscow because he believed propagation of TSF operation in Soviet satellite states was necessary for war against the BETA.
