Tsukasa Toujou

Birthplace: Tokyo
Unit: 31A

Tsukasa is a self-proclaimed "elite intelligence officer" with a perfect appearance. However, no matter how you look at it, she is pretty useless at her role. Her specialty is collecting mostly useless and unnecessarily detailed information.
